Da kann ich Dir aus eigener Erfahrung zu JCW-Schalldämpfern raten. Ich habe auch einen Clubman S (Bj. 2009, 42.000 km), den ich so umgerüstet habe. Man kann damit sehr dezent und leise fahren (ist minimal lauter als Serie), aber wenn gewünscht, auch einen ordentlichen Sound hören lassen.

... und zu Rädern:
Ich fahre 8x17 ET35 mit 215/40ern (Tieferlegung ca. 40 mm) und das passt problemlos.
